Dine BNE City First Nations Cooking Program

Dine BNE City presents a series of live First Nations cooking demonstrations in collaboration with Cre8tive Nations throughout June, exploring culture and storytelling with food on the Queen Street Mall stage. 

Across four sessions, you’ll see traditional techniques, native ingredients and contemporary flavours come together on stage, with themes including Mabo Day, NAIDOC Week and Indigenous cooking methods that spotlight the richness and diversity of native Australian ingredients.

• Saturday, June 13 | 12pm – 1pm | Helena Levi, First Nations Food with Malaysian influence 
• Wednesday, June 24 | 12pm – 1pm | Kieron Boona, NAIDOC Week
