Ghanem Group Executive Chef Jake Nicolson will be hosting an evening centred on three of Australia’s finest cuts, cooked over a wood grill that’s spent a decade earning its reputation. This is Blackbird doing what Blackbird does best and an invitation to pull up a chair for the occasion.
