In collaboration with Brisbane’s renowned Urban Valley Mushrooms, this intimate dining event explores the rich culinary history of mushrooms throughout European cuisine, from the Mediterranean to the Baltics, hot and cold, light and morish.
Guests will enjoy a 4 to 5 course menu where mushrooms take centre stage in every dish, presented through a range of techniques, textures and seasonal expressions. While the menu is not vegetarian, animal proteins will play a supporting role, allowing the depth and complexity of the mushrooms to remain the hero of each course.
