Donna has always kept her dumpling chefs close and their secrets closer. On the 21st of June, the kitchen opens its doors. A drink on arrival, a masterclass led by the chefs who fold these dumplings daily, and a yum cha banquet served beneath the chandeliers to close. Seats are limited.

Donna Chang brings an elevated modern Chinese experience to The City, blending Cantonese and Sichuan traditions with a polished, contemporary edge. Set inside a beautifully restored, heritage‑listed former bank, the dining room serves big occasion energy, think striking interiors, refined à la carte plates, lively yum cha, and a drinks list filled with cocktails and wines, designed to match the mood.
