Donna has always kept her dumpling chefs close and their secrets closer. On the 21st of June, the kitchen opens its doors. A drink on arrival, a masterclass led by the chefs who fold these dumplings daily, and a yum cha banquet served beneath the chandeliers to close. Seats are limited.
