Designed as an intimate night out for two, the Supper Club Date Night at Trove Cocktail Bar is all about connection, flavour and atmosphere. It’s an easy, well‑paced evening built around modern share‑style dining, drawing on a mix of Mediterranean and Asian influences. Start with a cocktail each, then settle in to a selection of plates that bring together creamy, fresh, and lightly spiced flavours from whipped feta and bruschetta to bao and char-grilled skewers.

Two Cocktails (one cocktail per person)

• Lemon Myrtle
  Lemon myrtle infused sheep whey vodka, Bacardi coconut rum, crème de cacao, lemon acid, soda water topped with grated tonka bean
• Rosella & Cream
  Husk Ink sloe & berry gin infused with Davo plum aperitivo bitters, cranberry juice, brown sugar syrup, lemon juice topped with salted coconut cream and brown sugar

Four Share plates (shared between two people)

• Whipped Feta
  Chilli honey, spiced almond crumb & toasted pita
• Gua Bao
  Sticky pork belly, coriander, shallots, chilli & toasted sesame seeds   
• Spicy Bang Bang Chicken
  Char grilled skewers, Asian herb salad, lime mayo, crispy shallots & toasted sesame seeds
• Bruschetta
  Toasted ciabatta, whipped feta, salsa cruda di pomodoro & balsamic glaze
