Enjoy a rich combination of Ardbeg-infused butter, Napoli sauce, mozzarella, basil, tomato, and hot honey served on focaccia, with the option to add salami for $3 on your peat-zza. Paired with the Ardbeg Dolce Old Fashioned, where notes of orange caramel and bitters complement the whisky’s signature smoky character and sweet complexity.

The Gresham offers some of the highest calibre rum, whiskey, and wine in the country, and the extensive and artistic cocktail list are only able to be crafted by the best bartenders in the industry. Opened in late 2013, The Gresham is a unique space, with a nod to the heritage aspect of the building evident via our service and unique drinks offering. The Gresham is a bar that people can use however they want to use, not in a way prescribed to them. The Gresham isn’t a specific whiskey or rum or cocktail or wine bar – but it does have all of the best on offer.
