The Merchant Exchange whisky bar emerged as a hidden gem, seamlessly blending Brisbane’s rich history with modern luxury. Honouring the heritage of whisky, it caters to the refined tastes of those who appreciate its depth. Though much of the original precinct was demolished when the markets moved in 1964, this historic building remains, preserving its legacy.
