Venue description
Enjoy the sizzling South‑East Asian flavours at Fat Noodle. First launched at Treasury Brisbane over a decade ago, Fat Noodle now joins The Star Brisbane, delivering a reimagined dining experience by celebrity chef and culinary adventurer Luke Nguyen.
Fat Noodle is for those who want to send their tastebuds to the eat streets of South‑East Asia, with its bountiful, aromatic flavours, textures and techniques. The restaurant is located on Level 5 within the casino at The Star Brisbane. Guests must be aged 18 years or over to enter the casino.
